drilling resumes. You'll walk away with an action plan to:
- Ensure Soldiers' physical and psychological well-being
- Prepare Soldiers for the return to family and civilian life
- Prepare the unit for return to drilling
Follow up with the intensive two-day
Reload Battalion once
you're home.* Battalion and Company leadership down to the First Line Leaders
will get
in-depth guidance on how to:
- Follow up on Soldier/family care issues
- Reestablish team cohesion
- Maintain Soldier commitment to the Guard
- Plan realistic training to keep your troops engaged and excited about drill
